How long do the workouts take? I don't have much time.
The program is made up of four core workouts and four intensive workouts that are spread out among the 12 modules. Everyone starts on Module 1, spending a minimum of one week there, before progressing to the next module.
The Core workouts are the foundation of the program and should be done daily for optimum results. A complete MUTU Core workout takes you around 12 minutes a day.
You are encouraged to take a walk outside for at least 20 minutes every day.
The Intensive workouts are introduced in Module 3. These take 20-25 minutes to complete and we suggest you aim to do these 3-4 times a week.
With both the core and intensive workouts you can always break it into smaller chunks if you need. Make it work for you!
