Is MUTU suitable for women who have not had kids, men or children?

Everyone has the same abdominal muscles and everyone has a pelvic floor so the basics of improving alignment and gentle exercise to improve core strength and function covered in the MUTU Core™️ workouts, would be relevant to everyone.

However, MUTU is a post partum recovery programme, specifically designed for the needs of the postpartum woman. So you will find the content, supporting resources, members only discussion forum purposefully set within this context. 

MUTU offers a holistic, whole body approach and the program teaches you how to assess your core strength and degree of abdominal separation, which exercises to avoid and why. If you accept that there will be parts of the programme that don’t apply to you, then by all means join us!
