Back pain after having babies is a common issues that Mum's experience.. but you absolutely don't have to put up with it!

Reduced activity during pregnancy, strain as your bump grows even the (often) unusual positions we get into when we're feeding our baby, play a role.. right at the top of this list is a weak and unstable core.  

It is the job of our core to stabilise and support our whole body. So if it's weak and not functioning effectively, other parts of our body pick up the work to compensate. The result? Lower back pain.
